TODAY is the FINAL DAY TO SIGN UP for the Baton Rouge Campout on Saturday 11/9-Sunday 11/10.  SIBLINGS AGE 5 YEARS AND OLDER can join as long as there are open slots available.  Add any siblings names that want to join in the comment section.  Cost is $35/person. An email with more info will follow to those signed up once registration closes.  Be sure to allow extra travel time due to the LSU home game that evening in Baton Rouge!! 

Come join Pack 310 on a fun overnight adventure at the Baton Rouge Zoo on Sat, Nov 9 - Sun, Nov 10.  Due to limited spacing, only registered scouts and parents are allowed to sign up at this time.  If there are open spots available after all scouts have had the chance to sign up, then we may be able to have siblings join but that is TBD for now.  Note: You must be able to arrive by 6:15pm on Saturday Nov 9th to participate since the whole group has to check in together. Cost is $35/person and all participants must be age 5 or older.

It's time to start building and decorating your boats for the Annual Raingutter Regatta boat race!  The race will be on Sunday, Nov. 3 in the MQP Cafeteria.  Set-up begins at 1pm and all boats must be checked in by 1:45pm.  See event details for boat construction rules.  ALL boats that are to be raced MUST follow these rules.  Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for "Fastest" and for "Show & Shine" categories. 

Scouts and siblings bring your homemade rockets pre-assembled and READY TO LAUNCH at 2pm at ST. TAMMANY PARISH RECREATION DISTRICT 6, Lee Road Recreation 83462 Hwy 1129 Covington, Louisiana 70435 on Saturday, Oct. 19th.  The Pack will supply the rocket cartridges for standard sized rockets as well as the launch pads.  (If you have a very small or very large rocket you will need to bring your own cartridges.) 

Please turn in your $25 pack supply fee (cash or check made out to "Pack 310") by November 9th.  This helps cover the costs for Pack events and rank adventure/elective belt loops that the scouts earn as they complete their rank requirements.  Thank you!

It's time to start getting your boats ready for the annual Raingutter Regatta boat race! You MUST use the official BSA Raingutter Regatta Trimaran Boat Kit which can be purchased from the Scout Shop or online.  Be sure to follow the rules for boat design and construction listed under the Nov. 3rd Raingutter Regatta Event on the SOAR calendar.
